Notify the user whose content was removed or disabled.
Terminate repeat offenders’ accounts or services.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are a user who believes your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with the following information:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its prior location on cosuncle.com.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, or if outside the USA, the jurisdiction where CosUncle is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original claim.
Your electronic or physical signature.
If a valid counter-notice is received, CosUncle may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless the original claimant seeks a court order, the removed material may be restored within 10–14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at CosUncle’s discretion.

⚠️ Important: Under Section 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
